My fascination with health and wellness began long before I formally entered the field. This curiosity led me to pursue a degree in Human Studies, a multidisciplinary field that laid the groundwork for my holistic view of health. This education provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the biological, psychological, social, and cultural aspects of human life, emphasizing the interconnectedness of all these elements in achieving overall well-being.


From Healthcare to Holistic Coaching

My professional journey started in healthcare, where I witnessed firsthand the limitations and challenges of traditional medical approaches to health and wellness. Despite the advancements in medical technology and treatment, I often saw a gap in addressing the whole person, leading me to explore alternative paths to healing and wellness.


The turning point came when I encountered the principles of holistic health coaching.
